Philosophy and history of restorative circles & conferencing
How to use circles in response to campus climate issues
Facilitator skill-building via experiential learning and case study; effectiveness and strategies of implementation
Pre circle/conference preparation/assessment/referral
Post circle/conference follow-through on action plans
This training is delivered via Zoom over six (6) weeks, and includes asynchronous materials and exercises, as well as post-training support.
