Foundational RJ Training for Higher Education
Experience this in-person transformative 3-day RJ workshop Nov 3 - 5 at the USD Campus — participants in this training experience achieve a firm grasp of RJ principles and practices, develop core facilitation skills, explore implementation strategies, and gain vital insights.
This intensive, thought-provoking, emotional, and spiritually-uplifting RJ program is tailored specifically for universities and higher education settings.
The roots, philosophy, principles and values of restorative justice; restorative mindset and community building
Building circle fluency & adopting circles for meaningful human connection
Facilitation practice, skill-building, and creative adaptation
Restorative conferences to repair harm, and best practices for pre- and post-circle support and accountability
Applying circle practices to address campus community climate issues
This RJ training is 3 days of interactive group exercises, skill-building, role playing, powerful learning, and meaningful human-to-human connection.
