Foundational RJ Training for Higher Education
JAN. 10th - 12th 2024

This transformative, 3-day RJ training experience empowers participants with a thorough understanding (and practical tools) for utilizing a restorative mindset to create spaces of care, respect, and accountability, as well as explore RJ implementation strategies.

This intensive, thought-provoking, emotional, and spiritually-uplifting RJ training program is tailored specifically to enable you to be agents of change, approaching everyday disputes, wrongdoings, and/or harm through a restorative lens, especially in university, community college, and higher education settings.

Join us in Boston, MA for USD's immersive restorative training experience!

  • The roots, philosophy, principles and values of restorative justice; restorative mindset and community building
  • Building circle fluency & adopting circles for meaningful human connection
  • Facilitation practice, skill-building, and creative adaptation
  • Restorative conferences addressing harm, and best practices for pre- and post-circle support and accountability
  • Understand the ripple effect of harm's impact, and ways to redress the harm using a restorative approach
  • Applying circle practices to address campus community climate issues

This RJ training is 3 days of interactive group exercises, skill-building, role playing, powerful learning, and meaningful human-to-human connection.
